Directions
Step 1 | Add all of the ingredients to the bowl of your food processor or blender. Process the ingredients until the white chocolate is finely ground.
Step 2 | Store the dry mix in an airtight container for up to 3 months.
Step 3 | This makes a terrific holiday gift. Just pack in an airtight jar and tie a bow around the lid. Make sure to pack instructions.
Step 4 | Instructions to make one serving of hot cocoa: Add 3 heaping teaspoons of the cocoa mix into an 8 ounce mug. Add hot water or hot milk and stir to combine (milk will make it extra-creamy – but will still be creamy adding just water). Top with a generous portion of whipped cream, chocolate shavings, and/or mini marshmallows (they even make the super tiny more firm marshmallows reminiscent of the processed package hot cocoa.) |
