You of course can bake directly in your baking pans; however\u00a0a great tip is to\u00a0line your baking pan\u00a0with parchment paper<\/span><\/strong>. It\u00a0can make removal and cutting much, much\u00a0easier. <\/p>\n

For starters, it’s never a good idea to cut directly in your pan. You will get scratches and knife marks\/lines on your pan.\u00a0 If you line your pan with parchment paper and leave an over-hang, you can simply lift loosen one side of the pan with a butter knife (as not to scratch the pan too terribly) and lift the baked good out of the pan with ease.<\/p>\n

To secure the parchment paper to the pan\u00a0I use binder clips.\u00a0Just don’t forget to remove them before baking if you are baking it in any sort of oven (for no-bake bars it is fine to keep them on until they are cooled.)<\/p>\n

Lastly, I\u00a0almost always spray the parchment with non-stick cooking spray too for a little insurance.<\/p>\n
